Shake up your work routine and join us for a full day of networking, collaboration, and productivity. Connect with like-minded female business owners, set intentions with affirmation cards, and tackle tasks in an open, supportive workspace.

This is your kick of accountability and connection. Share your projects, check off to-dos (the ones that keep falling off your list, we see you!), and meet with fellow business gals. Whether you're a member or not, our co-working days are open to all—so bring your biz besties along! We have a lot of different women with different lifestyles so there’s no pressure, you can come and go as you like any time during the day!

We tend to follow the 45/15 Pomodoro rule for ultimate productivity. So, if you need a more structured day this will be your jam combining work sprints, networking, and idea-sharing. However, if structure ain’t your vibe it’s totally fine but we ask that you break away from the main table if you’d like to be networking/taking meetings or doing anything that may be distracting to others.

This month you can join us and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Plant 4 as we gather to share, work, and connect in a supportive environment. You’ll have access to wifi and an array of delicious food and drink! Our sessions are as casual and flexible as you need, allowing you to work at your own pace, network, and enjoy the high vibes around you or completely switch off and go head down bum up.

Duration: 5.5 hours of work and connection.

How it goes: We always start the morning with a quick round table introduction sharing with others who you are, what you do and what your focus for the day is. (Obvs, this is after everyone has grabbed a coffee! 😝)

If you feel like it you can pull a card and use that as your motivation or intention for the day.

We have a platter on the table for everyone to share throughout the day.

For those wanting the structure we jump into our 45/15 Pomodoro timers which look like 45 minutes of solid, focused work with a 15 minute break to chat etc.

We break for lunch when we all feel ready before embarking on the work sprints for the afternoon.

Before we finish up, for anyone remaining we open the floor to share how your day went, celebrating all of the wins and then we pack up and say our goodbyes for the day.
